The past couple of nights I’ve been having dreams of water.

Water at my feet or I’m wading through water.

Last night, I dreamt about leading a community through currents of water in a

Massive commercial building with many floors.

I quickly realized that the only way out was in.

This blog post is for my inner child. The 6-year-old Hilda. And as my fingers are trembling, tears running and sitting at my desk for 4 hours, I need to do this for myself.

Because I am ending 2022 with the truth. MY TRUTH.

An empath is an individual that can understand how another person is feeling and deeply feel/experience their emotions.

I didn't know there was a word that described what I was feeling until 4-5 years ago.
